Cancelled Bounce Bug
When I have anything selected and I initiate Bounce dialog, and change my mind and hit Cancel, the audio that was selected is deleted!
If I undo, it returns. This happens every time and I've reported it to Avid. I tried on another system and it does not happen. Avid tech cannot recreate. I did the pref/database delete etc no change. This started in the last version update (2020.5 I think) or so. I'm running HDX on 5,1 running Sierra 10.12.6, and Eucon for S3, Dock and Control App. Has anyone else ever seen this? My brand new iMac i9 with a clean install with only pt2020.5 running , crashed almost every time i cancel bounce to disk. I have sonarworks as a plugin and always forget to bypass before i bounce..
It really sucks.

Will not help the OP but maybe you. If you sum your mix to a final „2track-bus“ aux you can multi route that bus to a) listen bus with Sonarworks and b) bounce bus with another output. That way you never have to think about disables Sonarworks. I also have a headphone bus to use Sonarworks with headphones. Just mute the bus you don’t wanna listen. Gesendet von iPhone mit Tapatalk
