Default Sound Library Metadata & 7.2

I'm sure this has been covered in the past, but I couldn't find anything while searching.

Is there a program other than the Soundminer Ripper that will rip a Sound Library CD into a WAV with the embedded metadata? … particularly the "description" metadata?

I believe iTunes will bring in the correct titles, but I don't know if it brings in the other metadata. I do not own Soundminer, so I am unable to check it.

Also, after reading the new upgrades to 7.2 it looks like there is much more metadata support. Does anyone know if they have added the embedded description into the Workspace browser? ..like Soundminer?

Any upgrades to the Workspace browser at all?

Thanks a lot!!
