Default Plugins closing

Maybe there's a new setting or something I'm missing since updating everything. Pro Tools Ultimate 2019.10, Eucontrol 2019.12, Windows 10.

When I have a plugin open and click off to move a fader or something the plugin window automatically closes. How can I keep the plugin on screen or is this a bug?
