System compatability?

hi there, i'm thinking about making my first steps into recording with a M-box. I was just wondering if you folks could tell me if my current system could handle it

its this system but with 384 mb or RAM

Hello,
Sounds good from the specifications. I don't have experience with the MBox or Intel. Check with someone about the chipset to be sure.

First thing: Price, you could build from scratch
for the same money and you would have a non custom
version of windows xp which if you by the emachine
it has a custom version of xp which digidesign
doesnt recommend! I personally would not buy that
machine
