Default Re: what sort of FWB do I need

I think you'll be best served by getting the Personal Edition. It's pretty basic, but it will give you the functionality you need to initialize and partition your drives.

I'm not sure what the price is, but I'm guessing it's not the $200 version.

Default what sort of FWB do I need

I have a Mac G3 8.0 and am running Protools 4.1 with an audio/media III card. I have an external SCSI drive that I am trying to hook up so I can get my audio files off my hard drive.. I was told to get FWB Harddisk Toolkit to format the SCSI. When I went to buy the toolkit there were many kinds at prices ranging from $48 to $200 (for personal use) that promised to do all kinds of things, that I may or may not need. WHat should I buy? What shouuld it cost?
