PT 6.4.1. on 10.3.9.

I search if its works the whole evening , because i´ve got an upgrade
for a software wich needs now 10.3.9

At the moment its a G4 1200 Mhz (Prozessor upgrade from 733 MHZ)
with 1 GB Ram and MIX Core with 2 888/24 units.

IMPORTANT:
Only Quicktime 6.5.2 works with 6.4.1 on OS X 10.3.9

I'm running the same configuration. OS 10.3.9 works fine as long as you don't upgrade quicktime.

3rd party processor upgrades should generally be avoided, but that doesn't mean yours won't work. It's worth a try. You'll probably be fine.

If you find that it doesn't work I currently have 2 1.25Ghz G4's for sale that definitely do work under this configuration.

Sounds like you currently have a quicksilver, With a mirror drive door G4 you'd gain a faster system bus and the ability to use bigger hard drives...

running PT 6.4 interfaced with the 002 Rack. Is there any hope?

Is there any hope for what? That it will work? I should think so, but you'll likely not get a huge plug-in count on a machine of that speed.

i have G4 DP 1ghz maxed with RAM

MIX++ w Atto SCSI...no issues at all...great system!!

also have OS 9, as a startup disk
