Default waveform and sound not lined up correctly

Hi all, I'm running PT 7.3 cs3. I noticed when I zoom in on a track with a few punches on it to clip the bleed on the begining. The waveform and sound are not lined up correctly. This makes it hard to find the right edit spots. Once I consolidate the track they are lined up. Very annoying! Anyone else experience this problem?
