Default Pro Tools 11.2.1 Aux/Bus Plugin Bug
I have a few tracks routed via a bus to an aux channel so I can control the overall volume, panning and such. However it seems when I place a plugin (such as the AVID EQ3) it will playback whatever is on them tracks but will randomly stop routing anything to that aux channel.

To fix this, you have to make the aux channel inactive and active again but the problem will happen again after playback a few times.

Removing the plugin from the aux channel will no longer cause this to happen.

Has anyone had a similar problem? Is this a bug with the new Pro Tools update?

I had this issue also on a mix I just did but with a physical output. Super annoying.
