Converting files from windows to mac
Hi!
I have been using P/T LE 6.9 with original Mbox on windows XP and recording to an external Glyph GT050 drive. I back everything up on DVD-RW. I just purchased a new Mac Book Pro and and running P/T LE 7.1.1. Question: How to I convert Glyph drive from Windows to MAC and how do I get my files converted from windows to MAC? Will I have to reformat the Glyph drive first and lose all my windows data then transfer the files from my back-up DVD-RW's? Just want to make sure I don't lose all my work. Hope this is easy. Got tired of fighting my PC all the time and have crossed over to a new relationship with Apple! Thanks! George |

Re: Converting files from windows to mac
The Mac should be able to mount the Glyph no problem. You can then transfer the files to the Mac's drive if there's enough room or another external. You can then initialize the Glyph as HFS+, and move everything back.
