You can try word clock.

And I suspect the TDM2 error is just caused by loop sync problems. But if you have other problems I would run Digitest.

I'm connecting the Aurora via word clock out from sync and the 192 via loopsync and still get same error some times

And you are right the Aurora can't be slaved it must be the loop master ..
By the way
I have 2 core cards and one Accel
Is that a problem?

Read the card order info there.

As always when troubleshooting HD systems simplify stuff and test with DigiTest.
E.g. pull one of the core cards out and see if that works. Test with Digitest if needed.
