Default Wacom tablets, What size? What other possibility?

Hello all
More and more i get problems with my mouse.

In hard and very long working sessions my hand and arm hurts more and more.

So I thougt about a wacom tablet. But what size is the best?
I try now an Intuos 4 tablet. But I think I have to move my arm in to long distances.
Is the size 6 better?

I still work with my macally imousepro wich still works for me a few days.
I also tried the mighty mouse. It does not fit to me. For me there is to much pressure you have to give on the mouse buttons. I dont find the scroll wheels when I need it. For me this mouse is an ergonomic disaster!!!!!!!
I tried some logitech mouses as well. But nothing helps.
Currently there are five moses flying arround me!!!!

Did anybody tried this?
