Want recommendation on good USB MIDI interface
I have been working with the M-Audio MIDIsport Uno interface and about 3 weeks ago it stopped working. Verified with Roland (mfr of my piano kybrd), M-Audio, and these Avid forums that all my settings are correct and the problem was the interface. I just bought a new MIDIsport Uno to replace and it is not working right off the bat. Would love a recommendation on an interface that will work better. Thank you! Here are my specs:
Dell XPS 630i desktop computer (built in 2008) Windows XP Professional SP3 Intel Core2 Quad CPU Q6600 @ 2.4 GHz 3 GB RAM 500 GB Internal HD (WD) 1 TB External USB HD (WD) Nvidia nForce 430 Graphics card ProTools 8 LE MBox 2 Mini Audio interface |

Re: Want recommendation on good USB MIDI interface
MOTU Fastlane USB is working nicely here(windows 7). I had the UNO and it was fine on my XP rig, but I never got it to work with Windows 7
