Most AIR VIs don't respond to velocity changes???

I can't change the velocity on most of my AIR VIs.
the only VIs that do respond are structure, mini grand and velvet.
Boom, DB-33, Hybrid, Strike, Transfuser, Vacuum and Expand2 don't respond and that makes them allot less useful.

can someone confirm this for me because this can't be right...it's got to be something on my end but no matter what session i open only structure, mini grand & velvet respond to velocity changes.

Velocity is used as a modulation source in Amplifier Envelop and Filter Envelop with Vacuum. Hybrid uses this traditional modulation source as well with however the bonus Modulation Envelop. Xpand!2 Velocity is assigned to multi-layered patches. Assignable Key Zone in Strike is Velocity sensitive. Transfuser uses Velocity as a Modulation Source. Boom has Dynamics built-in and DB-33 I don't know.
