192 Analogue Outs Out of Phase

Bump, to find out more about the revision, and how i can find out which one i have.

Simply use digitest it will tell you

All you would find out from DigiTest is what firmware is installed or could be upgraded to.
There is no indication that this problem is related to firmware.
I can't see how firmware would correct a phase problem on an expansion slot.
Even if it did it would reverse paths on EVERY unit from there on out.
This is a batch of faulty bays.
Even if you check a units firmware and find you are current you still could have a faulty unit.

When Digidesign sends out wrnty replacements they are from a revolving door type production.
They come in, they check them, they update the firmware, put them in a new box and out they go to the next in line.
If a unit came in for one problem but was not diagnosed for another...guess what.
They put them through the test but I doubt they check the phase on every channel of every unit unless that is what it came in for.
Most likely the problem is more widespread since there has been no reference to it anywhere except the thread Rail mentioned.
Any why tell everyone there is a problem when they are just as happy not knowing?
