Unfortunately, you will not get the free upgrade, as you are outside the grace period.

Actually, it depends on whether you bought a PT 9 crossgrade or the "Full license"

For those who registered crossgrades between October 1st and 20th, the PT 10 Upgrade is free. Not after that date.
Now, if you have registered a Pro Tools 9 (not crossgrade, but the full license=460€), you´ll receive an email with an activation code for Pro Tools 10.

I hope this helps.

I'm dating myself.
My Grandpa used to say fiddlesticks when he got upset with himself.

Don't go too hard on yourself.....The grace period (if that's what you call it) was cheap by the OEM and really a bad way of taking care of customers.....

Especially 11 days........crazy
