can't see most of my products in my Digi account. need MP3 code?

Hi,

Logged into my digi account to get my MP3 code and i can't find my order details. lots of my products are missing!!

I have tried logging in to the UK and the USA store as some of my stuff was ordered through the USA store, but nothing. also tried just logging into my avid account, but it takes me to the same account with only 4 products showing.

I think i used to login to my user account UK but thats not available or i can't find it!!

It is now but when i purchased it, it was a code and that code still has to be entered. it was in my account when i installed snow leopard in December. also lots of my other purchases are missing.

Chris, I checked your account, and the MP3 Option code is there. You need to login to your account at https://account.avid.com

Then Orders: View Order History
Choose the correct year for order where it says "View Past Orders"
...which in this case is 2005:

View Order History - 2005
MP3 Option (Authorization Code Version for Pro Tools 5.0.1 and higher)

Click on "View Order" to get your code from your receipt.

Thanks, what confused me was i took the "your products" link and found various products from 2008/2009 and then went to "view order history" its says in big letters "no orders found" and i didn't see the "year pulldown menu"

all sorted and thanks for the MP3 ilok drop
