Default mix 24/nt audio interfaces

Will the 882/16 work with the mix24?

Default Re: mix 24/nt audio interfaces

Slypolk--

Sure. PT24 MIX (Mac or NT) supports the 888|24, 882|20, 888, 882, and ADAT Bridge interfaces. Keep in mind it does not support the "882 Studio" interface.

The converters on the 882 are actually 18-bit in both directions, so you'll get 18-bit performance if you're in a 24-bit session.

Also, the 2 SPDIF's on the 882 can pass 24 bits, so if you had an external 24-bit A/D and D/A converter you could get 24-bit signals in and out of PT.

Hope this helps...
