I Lock will not authorize

I am running PT 9 and tried to run it however one of the ilocks we have will not authorize. I can use an alternate I lock from another machine, but this is not convenient. The other problem is that it will also now not work in the studio it was intended for- it just will not 'authorize.' Is it the i lock or what?
