Default Just moved from PT9 to PT10... Strike library not loading?

I've tried to look for a fix to this, but i'm coming up empty. I've just upgraded from PT9 to PT10 and i'm having a problem with Strike. The interface is loading up, so too the patterns, but the drop-box libraries on the left of the GUI are all empty. I can see the main folder headings (kits, styles, mixes, user presets), but the regular menu of options isn't loading up.

How do I resolve this? Oh yeah, i'm Mac user - OSX 10.6.8.

If that is not it....

What version of Strike is installed and RTAS or AAX? At a minimum it should from the from the corresponding Pro Tools 10 Instrument Expansion Pack installer.

How did you upgrade from 9 to 10? Ideally you would have ...

Uninstall with clean option of Pro Tools 9
Remove any remaining old plugins
Install Pro Tools 10
Install Pro Tools 10 Instrument Expansion pack
Check it all works so far.
Install any other third party plugins (after checking they are compatible
with Pro Tools 10 and your OS X release).
Check your system is fully optimized.

I totally effed up my install. I downloaded PT10 on top of 9, then deleted 9 off. It's working for the most, but anything 'Avid' is playing up... Strike, Velvet, Reel Tape.

I was going to upgrade to PT11, but it's simply too costly to break even (considering I already have a few thousand $$$ worth of RTAS plugins).

Thanks for that link - i'm sure it'll resolve my problem... just gotta wait as i've eaten up my monthly data downloading Mavericks for trial (yet reverting back to 10.6).

Ah that is very bad. Uninstall Pro Tools 10 completely and start over. Then do the rest of the sequence I suggested.
