Can't open Pro Tools first

Hello


The App will open , but i can't sigin in the white square.

The Application Manager said that i got the perpetual license . I can't open any
current or new project, it isn't that my cloud collaboration is full, everything was working fine yesterday.all is current version of both Protool and
App Manager.

i'm on a MAC OS 10.13.4. ProTool first 2018.4
Any adea?????

Some people experience longer wait times when doing anything online (log-in, online projects, chat, ...) in Pro Tools. Even though the window is plain white, leave it open and wait a few minutes to see if it responds.

If not, post a screen shot of what exactly is happening and we will try and help.

Weird, now ProTool open under my name, all is fine, i didn't do nothing.,
That's why i hate proTool for all these weird behavior........
