Either put the different sounds on different midi channels in Stylus and then create several midi channels with different Stylus outputs corresponding to the different midi channels, or

Insert several instances of stylus on separate Aux Tracks, and then set up a different midi channel for each instance of Stylus. Put the different Stylus instruments on each Aux track insert and rec enable all the midi channels.

If you want to print them as audio, for option 1 or 2, just route the Auc Chennel output buss to a separate Audio Channel Input Bus. Rec enable all the Audio channels and hit record.
