pro tools le plugins

I've searched everywhere but can't find what I need ; I have just got PTLE MBOX 2 running on a 2 terrabyte 7200 rpm external hooked to a laptop and loaded about a month ago and I go to my plugins ( grand mini ,xpand2 etc..)and they won't play the pre sets it shows them but won't play ,sometimes boombox plays .
