Reason Engine

Hey Guys,

I've been working on a session and I have been using Reason Adapted 2.5 to add in some things. Everything was working fine and then when I tried to open up the session today Reason would not respond. First, I got a message saying that the reason engine could not open and to try a reinstall. I did this, and still the same problem. After trying some system restarts and numerous reinstalls of the program, I still got the same message. I also got a message that said that the reson engine was already in use and I could only use one instance of reason. Either way, the session wont open because Reason will not respond. Has anyone had this problem before? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am using Pro tools version 6.4 and an M box (original)

this happened to after installling reason 3.04. i would restart, turn off your pt interface, and try again. thats what i did.....

Thanks for the response. I tried your suggestion and still the same thing. I even tried updating my firmware..I am really running out of ideas. If anyone can offer more advice I'd really appreciate it.
