Default Digidesign 003 factory; what's it compatible with?

I have, of course, ProTools, but when I want to use this mixer with broadcast software... will it work? Or do I need to buy a thing like a Sonifex, Behringer, D&R or Eela mixer?
Thanks!

It should work with any Core Audio or ASIO software.
