Question 8.0.3 and the plugin streaming option in playback engine...

i'm tryin' to figure out when this option shows itself. i have the MPTK 64 trax asset, TL Space, and Hybrid. and i only have Structure Free. i do not have the option in my playback setting. how many of you 8.0.3 users are seein' this option and what AVIDIGI assets do you have installed. thanks

Hi Mykhal

'Plug-In Streaming Buffer Size' (Pro Tools Main Menus>Setup>Playback Engine) relates to the Structure and Structure LE Preload Buffer setting. Where as 'Optimizing the Plug-In Streaming Buffer Size' integration setting only appears when Structure has been installed and relates to Disk Streaming.

hey filo. well i think you about closed the book on my question. as i was told in the 'other' meetin' place it is Structure related thanks for that confirmation. but does it appear when only Structure Free is installed?? it's probably no big deal but 'IF' this is some sort of issue i'd like to nail down the particulars before tryin' to report it. 'cause again, i do have Structure Free installed and i'm not seein' the option.

thanks for all the posts and thanks in advance for any subsequent posts.
