Default Maximum Tracks Allowed/Pro Tools Mix System

I have a pro tools mix core system. Just changed the playback engine from 32 to 64 tracks. Is this the maximum amount of tracks allowed for recording and playback in the pro tools mix system? Or can I acheive more tracks by adding mix farm cards?

Thanks in advance.

Default Re: Maximum Tracks Allowed/Pro Tools Mix System

that is the maximum number that will play at 1 time.
you can have more tracks but you only have 64 voices
by using dynamic voice allocation the 65th track (+) will play if nothing is playing in one of the first 64 tracks.
