Default NTFS help

Hi when i open protools (6.4) it says that there is something with more then 11 characters on NTFS or so and that i should change this (WHERE ). It could give problems with interlok autorisations I don't have ilok stuff... When i choose to go on there seems to be no problem. How do i fix this message?
Could it be that i installed it twice and that that is the problem.
thanx

Did you ever figure out what to do? I'm having the same issues and so far no one has responded on my question.

Wow this thread is over six years old.

But, try limiting your drive names to less than eleven characters. In "My Computer" right click on the drive(s) and rename them with nice short names. (spaces count)
