2019.10 will not activate **SOLVED**

Ok updated to 2019.10 native perpetual, and when I fire it up it asks to be activated. MacOS Mojave.

So I click activate, give it my credentials, and bang, it can’t find the iLok.

I had let link do the update as I always have. So I rolled back to 2019.6. Pro Tools opens as it should.

Downloaded the update from my products page and tried that. Nope no go. Same issue, can’t activate it.

Rolled back to .6 and all is good again.

YES I have a current plan. Good until 2021. YES, I started a ticket. YES I am still running on 2019.6 thanks to CCC.

Anyone else see this issue?

Thanks, Man. I sync’d it before I tried the update the first time.

Oh wait, I did a restore, so I probably need to sync it again.

I’lll give that a go in a couple of days. Got some work to do first, and I lost a few hours today with this silliness.

Apparently there was a problem with some of the files.

I got a message from Avid this morning saying that they fixed it, and I should sync iLok and try it again

I did, it worked.
