Simple question regarding upgrade

I am finally upgrading my PT HD system to 7.3 from 6.2.?
I am also upgrading the system to Tiger.

Which should I perform first?

I have a Waves Gold bundle of plugins. Will they still operate fine in 7.3?

Upgrade operating system first! Repair disk permissions. Then install Pro Tools. Repair permissions again! Then install waves. I'm guessing you have version 4 of Waves?? If so, they will not work and you'll have to get ripped off by waves. If you have version 5 and WUP then you can download the Pro Tools 7 compatibility update from the Waves site. Otherwise, once again you'll have to get the WUP. Good luck!

Hi, What doesn't work about v4 of the Waves Gold bundle?

Just wondering, mine are still working (although I use them less and less) . . . is that something Waves is telling you or is something not working for you.
Mind you I only use TDM or AS, not RTAS.
