Default Lose FX when soloing track

Why do I Loose my FX (ie) Reverb when I click on the solo button on a track.
I must have something set wrong. Thanks for any advice.

you need to Solo Safe your Reverb Return tracks

try command clicking the solo buttons on the returns so the solo button grays out
