Default Pro Tols 11 / Eucon / CPU Overload

Hi there,
I hope someone can help me out: I'm running PT 11 on a Macbook Pro Retina 15" (latest model) with OSX 10.9.5. I'm also using Eucon software for my Artist Mix and Control surfaces (and PT|Control on my iPad at home).
When I'm running both PT and Eucon at the same time (and that's what you want of course), a huge CPU overload occurs and my Macbook's fans are going crazy. The Acitivity Monitor shows values over 200% sometimes, until I close one of the applications.
I've been googling a lot about this very annoying issue, but can't find any relevant topics. Am I the only one?
When I'm using Logic Pro X with Eucon, there's no problem at all...any suggestions?
Thanks!!!
