Thanks Bookerv12 and Chief technician

I was running that session through an external HD, so, I was afraid that HD was going to hell. I moved the session to HDD and the issue has gone. I backed up all data on a windows, and formatted again the HD. and now It's running clean. No issues. I was using this machine only for live recordings. This duty this old mac can handle up to 4 hours recording 24 ch live. But mixing I can only run up to 48. 2Gb it's low I know... I must buy another. maybe a core2duo instead this duocore
And... forgive my bad english.
