Default Elevenrack used with tube amp

Hi all,
So I received my Eleven Rack last week and have been wondering should I be using the cab simulators with my amp.The amp is a TSL122 combo Marshal amp and I run the Eleven Rack through the clean channel. My currentl setup is to use the effects rack for all my sounds and only use the amp tone controls to adjust for a venue.
Would I be better using the amps own sound and only the Eleven Rack for delay, compressors, distortion etc.? Is there a drawback in using the amp simulator with my TSL122?
What are folks using as a monitor amp other than house P.A. systems?

Default Elevenrack used with tube amp

I Play just like you do, I don't even think I turn off my cab emulations

I run a dirty clean tone (Texas clean?) on the clean channel of my amp and then when I really want to kick it in I switch channels on the amp

But then again I'm easy to please, just let me turn it up a bit and I'm fine

Reminds me of the song by Blackberry Smoke
"Can't get the music up as loud as I want!!"

I connected my Brunetti 059 valve head with the 11R with the 4 cables method to use cab emulation of the 11r and record silently (the 059 has a built in power load and a post-power amp not emulated line out) and these are some samples of the sounds I found:

Of the 11R I used only effects (TS9 and eq) and cab emulation.

I mainly use the 11R as a one stop shop so that with a single foot selection I can move from rhythm to lead, clean to dirty. I love my tube sound from the TSL122 combo but it is heavy and pretty loud for practice or home use if I want to get any drive from the amp itself.

So then a keyboard amp might also be a solution being also a full range amp?

My intent would be using the amp for stage sound but also have the 11R plugged into the PA system. So 11R front out running to an amp and the back out running to the house system. So in this scenario live I would have to have cab simulation turned on if I want it running through the PA with cabs enabled.

The QSC K-10 from what I see runs around $1500 or am I looking at the wrong unit? A cheap keyboard amp runs only around $500 which would be full range also and I believe would be create a similar onstage sound to what the FOH would be outputting.

So are K10s loud enough when playing with a band with a drummer? From reading up on them they seem to be a speaker that can be used for a small House PA without requiring a Power Amp?

On the keyboard amp side of things, keyboard amps usually come with a full range speaker and a tweeter/horn so that the amplifier can cover the full range of a keyboard sound. I have used them many years ago as a monitor on stage when needing a back line monitor for keyboards and drum machine which are being mixed through the main PA. Hence keyboard amps usually have a pretty full sound with good bass response and can usually be cranked up without distorting.
