How to renew PT Ultimate subscription online?

I have a Pro Tools Ultimate subscription that I purchased directly from Avid 2 years ago (renewed successfully this time last year). It expires in 22 days. I want to renew, but on my products page all I get is the following message:

(None of this is clickable, so goes nowhere)

I have never used a reseller and don't have a subscription code. Am I missing something? How can I renew online with my Avid account as I did last year? Don't they want my money?

So you dont have a Perpetual License, you have a Subscription and then PTU stops working all together if you stop paying?

Or do you have a suppoer plan so if you stop paying you can still use PTU on the last version out when your plan lapsed?

HUGE DIFFERENCE and I wish people Were more careful with these options so they get the correct updates/renewal/reinstatements and so on

Yes it is a subscription, NOT a perpetual licence with support plan - PT stops working in 3 weeks if not renewed. I have successfully renewed it in the past, but now there is no option to do so.

I don't want to purchase a new subscription - I just want to renew the one I have (one year, paid up front). I don't believe I have to get a whole new subscription every year. Last year I got a "renew" button on the Products page of my account. It is not there now.

Try another Browser.
Had to use another myself - when Mozilla Firefox "stalled" mid-transaction - so I used Microsoft Edge instead.

Not a browser issue. For some reason they suddenly want me to use a reseller, despite the fact that I purchased the product directly from AVID and have renewed it through them previously. Happy to do that (I guess) but really curious as to why? No response yet from AVID support.

Thanks for that info - if I take that deal, that would be a new subscription, rather than a renewal, wouldn't it? Is there any downside to that? Because the price is good. For some reason, I don't get the "Renew subscription" button shown in the demo. It worked last year. And still no response to my support request.
