Change tempo
I am running pro tools 7.3 (I know, super old)
I can’t figure out how to change the tempo of tracks in my session. I have a guitar track and drums track I need to change from 130 bpm to 150 or 160. I’ve used the time shift plug in but that changes the pitch on me, I have hit the plus button where the tempo is and typed in a tempo..doesn’t change it. I am not using midi I have tried changing from samples to ticks and I don’t have a conductor button in my Transport bar. Can anyone help? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Re: Change tempo
Firstly, you'll need to make sure all your audio tracks are set to Ticks mode.
Then go to the start of your session, double-click on the little red arrow beside the BPM number (120 if it's a default new session) and enter a new tempo. The conductor button is visible when you show Midi Controls in the transport bar.
