Default Change tempo

I am running pro tools 7.3 (I know, super old)
I can’t figure out how to change the tempo of tracks in my session. I have a guitar track and drums track I need to change from 130 bpm to 150 or 160. I’ve used the time shift plug in but that changes the pitch on me, I have hit the plus button where the tempo is and typed in a tempo..doesn’t change it. I am not using midi I have tried changing from samples to ticks and I don’t have a conductor button in my Transport bar. Can anyone help?

Firstly, you'll need to make sure all your audio tracks are set to Ticks mode.
Then go to the start of your session, double-click on the little red arrow beside the BPM number (120 if it's a default new session) and enter a new tempo.
The conductor button is visible when you show Midi Controls in the transport bar.
