Default sci fi controls

hi there,

can anyone please help -

in scifi plug in when i try to use the sliders to adjust any of the parameters (by clicking and holding to slide) they just jump to '0' every time, and i can't move them from there... they stay stuck.

any idea why this is?

thanks

drew
