OK I can come over and open the manual for you for a small fee... :-O
There is a whole chapter in the HD native manual on the ASIO driver. I am sure folks here will be happy to try to help if something there is not clear/not working-try to be specific what is not working. Darryl |

As long as your software can talk to an ASIO driver it should work. It seems like you have some very fundamental questions. Have you used this gear or any HD equipment for anything? If not it may save a lot of hassle to find somebody to help you set this up. Info on how to configure/select the possible outputs for use with ASIO are in the doc I mentioned. I cannot offer anything more clearer/useful than that doc. Darryl |

Sorry for my newbie question but I prefer ask it before buy any cables
Sure an analog xlr cable is ok to connect to my amp But I have to configure the monitor output on the 192 before The n/a converters from the 192 are good ? I know hardware but I never had before a 192 I got a mytek before and it was easy cause monitor output and great converters;-) |

Without knowing your studio setup, preamps/amps, all your speakers/monitors etc. or what you are trying to do I really cannot recommend anything.
Start with something as simple as possible to get things working. If you have an amp with XLR in then you need a DB-25 to XLR cable or patch bay or TRS to XLR adapter cable. Lots of options there from make it yourself to.... Personally When first checking this out I would have grabbed a pair of powered monitors, soldered up a DB-25 to XLR cable or grabbed one I already have and know it works and then messed about with the software/setup to confirm things work, then I would worry about integrating it into something more complex. One small step at a time. Darryl |
