MDW RTAS input gain and phase switch don't function at 88.2/96k

Hi George, sorry to interrupt on this thread, but I just want to mention again while I know you're reading that the RTAS version's input section (input gain and phase switch) don't function at 88.2/96kHz. Otherwise no issues here (10.4.9, MacPro, 7.4cs5)
