Default MIDI Track Separation and Instrument Control SE

Is there anyway to split MIDI instrument triggers out of a drum track to other tracks? It appears you can do it by selecting the instrument and cutting and pasting to a pre-made track, but is there a way to split all drum kit instruments at once? Also, is there any way to edit individual drum instruments when using the kits in SE?? Thanks in advance.
