11 rack expansion pack included
Does anyone know at what point the expansion pack started being included in the 11R? I'm looking at purchasing one via Craigslist, but this guy doesn't know if it has the expansion pack. I'd hate to spend $350 on one without the expansion pack when I can purchase another one for $373 with it off eBay that includes free shipping.

I should also mention this guy told me he bought it off of Sweetwater. So, I don't know if Sweetwater always has included the expansion pack or if that's something they started doing later. I see they do sell the expansion pack for $100, which implies not all 11R have it.
