Default Windows to Mac Session Compatibility??

Hello everyone!

Hope you can offer some help on this one...

I have a Windows PT LE 6.4 session that I need to take to a studio running an HD 8 system on a Mac computer.

Any thoughts as to whether this might be a seamless transition, or are there any caveats I should consider before I transport the session?

Hope this will be easy!

Thanks for your help!

a) how are you bringing the session in? (DC/DVD or hard disk)
b) may need to make a new session and import the old session into it.

all and all should not be a problem

Thanks for your input.

I expect to bring all of the following... DVD, portable hard drive, and likely consolidated .wav. files of tracks. Obviously, this last method isn't the optimum, as I'll lose all the playlists, plug ins, etc., but it may be helpful in a pinch.

So, to import into a new session will just be a matter of importing session data and selecting tracks, correct??

Thanks again!
