Default BLOWN FUSE!!!!!!!

I'm not are bout this 002 Rack. everytime i press the power button, a fuse is blown in my house. i just had to replace my surge protector because it blew it out. i've read the power harness posts and did hat was said, from cleaning to removing and pluging back in the wires. what can be the problem? improper settings or something. if so where? how do i change it. anyone know whats going on with it?

Call Digi Customer Service. You got a bigger problem than a simple harness error.

Did you put the wires back correctly? Sounds like a short curcuit!
