New clean uninstall procedure?

Hey guys!

I'm looking to do a clean install of 2019.6 - last time I did this I used Trasher. is that still the best assistant for plug in/IO/prefs saving and re-instating?

I can only seem to find it at https://www.pro-tools-pc.us and the file they've sent is getting all kinds of error messages.

Anyone know if they're legit?
