Default Itunes conflict?

I just installed a mix card and the last version of protools for it.Works Great.Trouble is itunes is gone.You can double click on it and there is nothing there.Its doesn't say "not responding"All you can do is Force Quit it.Anybody ever had a similar issue??Thanks so much Graig

What version of OSX are you on?
You may have upgraded Itunes with the wrong version of the OS.
I did.

Its 10.3.9 the last version u can use with pro tools 6.4.1 its panther.
