You're trying to run a version of Pro Tools on El Capitan that is only compatible with MacOS up to Mountain Lion.

Unlikely a license for PT10 is worth much at this point, but you can always try eB*y. Good luck.

I think the op is looking for a plug & play system and can't be bothered to put in the time & effort necessary like we all have to get PT to work.

While Avid says PT10 is only compatible up to ML they do acknowledge that it'll run in OSX 10.9.5. It's only the uninstaller that doesn't work and even Avid has a page with the steps necessary.
