Default Both iloks not authorizing 12.7

Loaded in Pt 12.7, my support ran out there on both iloks (2 licenses), but neither is authorizing PT. I've done this on my Mac Pro and my MacBook Pro and no go on either machine or iloks. Just wondering if my iloks are good through 12.7 since my support plan stopped there and those are the last installers in my account. Is there a way to check which version is on the ilok?

Any help would be appreciated!

Found an iLok account based on your community email that has 2 Pro Tools with Upgrade and Support Plan 2015 bundles. These only authorize up through 12.5.2. Will start a support case to get more info and to make sure you get this solved.

Thanks Jeffro! Both plans expired march 30, 2017. the 12.7 installers are in my avid account but the iloks are not authorizing them.

Hi, I have a similar issue for a ProTools HD / Ultimate license Expired on March 17 not able to authorize it via iLok have contacted Avid support reinstatement license is not available for use on a upgrade plan.

You have a Pro Tools Ultimate Perpetual Bundle (with 10/11/12) so that does not expire. It has a Release Limit (iLok License Manager > Show Details) that matches your Pro Tools Ultimate plan that expired Mar 17, 2018 so that will authorize up through 2018.3.

You do have an expired Pro Tools HD Plan on that iLok, and that license was for the bonus plug-ins provided while a plan was active. Please deactivate that (as well as the extra Pro Tools with Upgrade and Support Plan 2015 and expired Pro Tools Plan) from your iLok to run Pro Tools Ultimate 2018.3.
