Default HD10 not on the Ilok anymore

Hi

My HD10 license is not on the ilok anymore. I cant open an HDX session.


Please help!!!!!

If the license up and disappeared, get a support case going with ilok.com.

Otherwise, need way more info.

Looks like you selected the wrong bundle to surrender when upgrading a another PT license, and I see this is being handled via your support case. Please post again if you don't get a timely solution.

A surrender can't just be reversed, CS would need to manually deposit and revoke licenses to address this. Please check for a case notice email and reply to that as needed. Thanks!
