"Disable App Nap" Button not appearing for PT10 and EuControl
Trying to get the Artist Control/Mix/Transports working. Eucon 3.1.2.
When I cmd+i in the app folder to bring up 'more info', the disable app nap button does not appear. How do I make it re-appear so I can checkmark the box? These control surfaces are running pitifully slowly and sluggishly on the latest version of Mavericks. (Ethernet connected directly to Mac Pro). Please help.

Yes !
Disable App Nav checkbox is not available on Eucon 3.1.2. Also, for many users (like me), the surface was really slow ! I don't use PT10 but PT HD 11 but the following solution can be helpful for you... at Florence (beautiful city !!!) As suggested by Brian from Avid Support, I rather use Eucon 3.1 See: http://duc.avid.com/showthread.php?t=353524

Version 3.1.3, released on 30 June 2014, seems to have addressed this issue.

Unfortunately it's still sluggish here. I wish I could turn off app nap. It seems 3.1.3 has fixes to work with PT 11.2, and so the conundrum is:
Go back to 3.0.x with PT 11.1.x or just give up on this dang hardware.
