What Drew said and i would guess that Avid won't jump up and get you the installers when you have expired plans so download and ask for the installers you want and may need in the future and save them all on a secure deive for later. Don't forget to download and save the HD Driver if you need it.

Same for me, only have 12.5.0 & 12.6.0. Even though I know I have had both 12.5.1 & 12.5.2 in there.

In my case, Avid Support stated they have an internal problem (no timeline for fix or that they even work on it). I got download links to the old installers posted, but not for all the other files around a release (e.g. release notes).

Just checking my account - now I lost all older Pro Tools 12 (12.5, 12.4, ...) downloads, except 12.4 Codecs installer and release notes. Looks seriously messed up and it's getting worse.
