Avid account login

Hi,

I want to update my ProTools 10 to the lastest version but I can't log in to my Avid account anymore...

The mail I used to create this account doesn't work anymore (thanks to Yahoo), so I created a new one (with a new email address).

The problem is, of course, my products are not linked to this new account.

Is it possible to transfer my products from my old account to my new one?

Can someone from Avid contact me to resolve this?
